US Travel & Lodging Information
As a traveling wedding photographer, majority of my life is spent on the road (love it)! Therefore, I do not charge additional fees for gas or transportation to your wedding or elopement. During our consultation call, we will discuss your wedding location details... depending on how far I will be required to travel & what all I will be photographing, additional lodging fees may apply. Scheduling and managing lodging details will be handled by myself, but discussed with you both prior to reserving.
Abroad Travel & Lodging Information
If you + your partner are planning a destination wedding outside of the United States, rest assured I am along for the journey! During our consultation call, we will discuss customizing a collection to best showcase your adventure... which will often include day before the wedding or day after the wedding photography coverage. These custom collections I consider a "barter", meaning I essentially just charge you for the cost of travel + lodging for myself and an associate photographer.
Payment Information
At the time of signing your contract, you will be required to pay a minimum 25% retainer fee - to reserve your wedding date! 2-3 payment arrangement available, final balance is due one month prior to your wedding date.
Image Delivery
Within a week, after your big day, you can expect to receive 25+ highlight images! The full gallery will be completed and delivered within 90 days (busy season & holidays may delay). Upon completion of you gallery, you will be provided with a helpful Delivery Guide - full of information in regards to accessing, downloading & sharing your images!
